Warehouse Supervisor - Full Time - Excellent Salary Offered WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - FULL TIME ROLE
An excellent and exciting position has been made available for a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR with a well established company
We are seeking a mature full-time Warehouse Supervisor with a minimum (3) years experience with proven abilities in managing a warehouse team. This role is suitable for a person looking for a long term secure role with a progressive company.
The basic main duties of this role include:
- Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions in line with company objectives
- Hands on management approach of warehouse staff
- Use of RF scanners for pick/pack and stock takes
- Monitoring of daily pick/pack speeds and accuracy of orders
- Timely daily despatch of goods
- Unloading of containers
- Consolidation of individual freight movements
- Maintenance of warehouse supplies with Operations Manager
- Presentation, cleanliness and safety at all times within warehouse
- Completion and accuracy of rolling daily stock takes
- High levels of communication with Head Office
- Maintenance of OHS standards for Visitec Australia and external staff whilst in warehouse and surrounds
- Ability to implement new warehouse systems when required
- Ability to improve workflows and therefore capacity of Warehouse through improved location planning
- Be a team player not daunted by hard work
- Must be highly organised in busy environment with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Candidate must hold a current forklift licence and Drivers Licence
- Candidate must hold Australian Citizenship
