Warehouse/Materials Representative (Spoke)- Part TIme - Richland, MI

Responsible for Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) screening, cleaning, sorting, unpacking, racking, repacking, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures. Work is subject to review by others. Issue and receive equipment to technicians and contractors. Receive Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and material accurately, checking received quantity against packing slip, purchase order and/or transfer. Accurately enter incoming and outgoing CPE into tracking system/database. Fill and store Tackle box trays per specification. Notify supervisor of any losses or damages of warehouse stock. Place materials in a safe and secure place. Prepare CPE and materials for shipment as needed. Prepare items for shipment via UPS and other carriers. Prepare CPE for testing. Clean CPE and remotes. Maintain security while keeping work area neat and in an orderly manner. Maintain all safety reports and practices with company and OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands and multiple tasks while maintaining a professional attitude. Performs CPE screening, sorting, and cleaning. Provides excellent customer service to internal customers. Performs CPE unpacking, racking, repacking, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping. Uses pallet lifts and jacks. Maintains inventory controls and overall record accuracy. Possesses ability to work independently or as part of a team. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Requirements Requirements: Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Must achieve Warehouse Representative 1 certification within 90 days of employment. Previous warehouse experience a plus. Ability to operate a forklift preferred. Ability to use personal computer and Microsoft software applications. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to lift 70 lbs. comfortably.
