As the Warranty Manager, you are responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction; provide backup support, and training to warranty administrators and technician.

 

Requirements:

·         Supervise and train warranty staff

·         Manage performance of warranty technician

·         Provide feedback to Region management

·         Supervise warranty technician

·         Provide updates and follow up with the warranty performance

·         Solve issues with customers, staff and trades

·         Completing of high school

·         STRONG plus to have college or University degree

·         10-12 years’ experience in construction industry

·         Outstanding customer service skills

·         3 years’ of management experience

·         Newstar software is a plus

·         Microsoft Office- intermediate level
