WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISER
As a Wealth Management Advisor you will be responsible for providing holistic financial planning to existing and new affluent clients rather than providing a pure transactional selling role. As a Wealth Management Advisor you will operate as a is a front line Adviser, reporting to a Senior Manager and working in close partnership with the introducers and peers in your team.
You will be a pro-active professional who understands the need to deliver quality advice. You will thrive on a challenge, enjoy exceeding targets and meeting business objectives and will be a natural relationship builder.
Core Responsibilities:
- Achieve target in meeting the demands of the business by converting introductions into new business, ensuring achievement of the company’s minimum standard conversion rates.
- Conduct interviews with new and existing clients to review and meet their immediate and on-going financial needs; actively selling and/or introducing appropriate bank products and services and referring to other product specialists where required in order to compliantly achieve individual/team targets and productivity measures.
- Ensure delivery of service standards and sales targets for own area of responsibility, so clients are provided with a competitive and responsive level of service and sales/income targets are met.
- Produce a quarterly business plan, implement, review progress and take necessary corrective action to ensure delivery of the required business results.
- Produce timely and accurate reporting and recording of information as required by the Company ensuring that trends and opportunities can be identified by senior colleagues in a timely fashion.
- Actively develop, maintain and build on relationships with internal and external business development contacts, in order to ensure a high standard of new introductions to deliver business results.

Core Requirements:
- A demonstrable track record of success.
- Proven experience of providing holistic advice – pension, investments and protection mix.
- Minimum FPC 1-3 or CeFA 1-4 qualified with a commitment to secure Level 4 qualification in preparation for RDR.
- Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent is desirable.
