Wealth management – Senior Business Controler – Geneva based recruitment
Your objectives
:
Challenge the performance of the business units, lead strategic projects and provide Financial and Market Analysis.
Your contribution:
- Analyse strategic initiaitives, develop business performance evaluation
- Support the business units with analysis and explanations of results
- Prepare the budgets / forecasts and review the periodical results (deviation analysis)
- Consolidate and explain information (MIS)
- Implement and maintain Performance Measures to support and analyze business initiatives
Your profile
The position requires strong professional experience in a similar position, in an international environment where Business Controling is fully integrated with the business.
Banking experience is a a plus, not a must.
Priority is on inter-personal skills analytics capabilities.
The position is opened to consultants or financial analysts who can demonstrate a track record in working closely with the business.
Strong communications and presentation skills are essential.
The selection process will pay particular attention to the soft skills of the candidate (negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure) and to the effective track record. The ideal candidate is 30 to 40 years old. A banking experience is mandatory. The position is offered to Swiss citizens and to EU nationals. The job location is near Geneva.
