Wealth Manager – PWM
We are looking for a candidate that is an investment manager-private banker-advisor-consultant, either across all pillars of banking or a specialist in one area.
A prevailing requirement is that the candidate is able to bring in new accounts and demonstrate a track record of generating business.
-Requirements-
Experience within Private Banking Wealth Management
Track record of business development
Existing book of clients with strong ties
Understanding of PWM market
Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues
Strong academics and relevant professional qualifications
-Compensation-
The company pays a standard market rate for individuals, but the bonus scheme is exceptional. It is formulaic and pro-rata`ed so that producers and asset gatherers do not miss out on their bonuses based on technicalities.
