Web Analyst / Insight Analyst / Web Analytics Manager - £55K - £65K plus bonus - London

A Web Analyst / Insight Analyst / Web Analytics Manager needed by a leading eCommerce company to be responsible for delivering actionable insight and consultancy which in turn will lead to the optimisation of all sites.

The Web Analyst / Insight Analyst / Web Analytics Manager will:
- Develop complex analysis and reporting solutions to meet department and business requirements.
- Synthesise analytics requirements from multiple sources including product managers, development teams, and functional group members
- Analyse new product launches to measure impact of change, pre/post analysis - communicate these insights to product stakeholders and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Conduct A/B testing (test group allocation, test design, test analysis, and communication of results) ensuring statistical significance of the results.
- Analyse customer data, providing focused insight to support decision making - including customer segmentation, statistical analysis and modelling

The Web Analyst / Insight Analyst / Web Analytics Manager will have knowledge of Omniture, Google Analytics, WebTrends and CoreMetrics. Candidates will have a passion for and experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research. The candidate will have 2 - 3 years' experience of working in analytical role and a degree in a relevant subject or similar experience.
