LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, TN, has an exciting opportunity for a Web Analytics Analyst on our LifeWay.com business team.  This position is responsible for analyzing online search and lead in data analytics for LifeWay.com.

Essential Functions include:

·         Provide oversight to the search and navigation experience for assigned segments.
·         Understand how to leverage search engine and navigation capabilities.
·         Guide and implement the search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for organic/paid search and mange the keywords strategy for assigned segments.
·         Analyze search data and report findings.
·         Propose adjustments in the navigation structure based on business expectations and make changes as approved.
·         Serve as an expert for understanding and communicating web statistical analytics data.
·         Provide input for the dashboard of customer behavior on the site to establish trends and patterns. 
·         Provide regular reporting of web analytics.
·         Other duties as assigned.
 Requirements:
 ·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, ecommerce, or a related business field.
·         Two plus years of on-line web analytics experience required.
·         Active church participation.
·         Effective utilization of web analytics tools, i.e. SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, etc
·         Good analytical and problem solving skills.
·         Strong data presentation skills.
