Web Analytics Manager-Marketing-Financial Services Job in London, London Uk
Our client, a major player in the Financial Services sector are looking for an experienced web marketing professional with strong experience in web analytics to provide web analytics for the Digital Marketing team
You will provide the business with customer insight and analytics capability to enable the digital platform to meet both customer and commercial needs.
Role:
-Production and analysis of regular and ad-hoc management information
-Liaise with Business Intelligence services to champion knowledge-sharing across a multi channel platform
-Evolution of digital analytics capability - ensuring the business has the best data structures
-Delivery of required reporting tools such as Google Analytics, social media monitoring tools
-Analysis of data against competitors and wider internet landscape
-Customer journey analysis and how this can be used to develop or enhance digital propositions
-Ability to review and challenge existing processes and outputs, identifying and implementing improvements as required
-Work with the Management team to define a strategy for the capture of key data items that will be used to feed the
strategic decision making process
-Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in marketing analysis/web analytics and tools/techniques
Experience required
-Strong experience in Web Analytics gained preferably gained within the financial services or retail sectors
-An understanding of web and mobile analytics including customer segmentation, multi-variant analysis, search campaign analysis
-An understanding of the customer journey, interactions with digital platforms, interactions with tools, content, social media etc
-Strong project management skills
-Experience with a range of 3rd party systems such as Google Analytics
