The Technical Lead forms the backbone of Cynergy’s software development process. You will be a thought leader who helps to define the shape of the company. You will be a mentor and an inspiration to other developers. You will work with a highly skilled team of developers, designers and project managers to create award-winning software. Your ability to juggle development tasks while keeping the “big picture” in mind ensures the success of your team.
