Web Content Manager / Web Producer / Content Producer required for a market leading eCommerce organisation within their sector.
The Web Content Manager / Web Producer / Content Producer role involves focusing on the development of the Clients branded websites, covering budget and premium brands .
The Web Content Manager / Web Producer / Content Producer will:
# Manage the companies mobile and microsite products.
# Work with the Marketing, Design, Content and Development teams to create, adapt or update existing website design content
# Gather data and use analytics to understand the performance of the website in key areas including consumer behaviour, usability, conversion etc.
# Manage campaign delivery on websites to maximise tactical revenue
# Manage 2 direct reports
The Web Content Manager / Web Producer / Content must have:
# Previous experience working as a Content Manager, Web Editor, Content Producer, Online Producer etc with a transactional website - ticketing/travel/reservations would be ideal
# Be highly versed in natural search
# Be conversant with consumer behavioural targeting and website usability.
# Have good experience of using Content management tools within a fast moving, b2c website
# Have previous experience of managing 1-2 direct reports
