POSITION PROFILE
Aon Hewitt seeks a couple of experienced Web Writers to author base copy (templates) for our YBR / Your Benefit Resource and other web sites / web page content communications including mobile, emails, printPCS, text messaging, IVR phone messaging and video. Authored content will be leveraged across many client teams.
- Synthesize multiple client and internal perspectives to satisfy our business deliverable model, while creating a product that can be easily tailored to work in our marketplace.
- Define writing requirements, and convert business requirements into clear concise deliverables.
- Draft copy and content to be used on our customer-facing web sites.
- Consult with practice leadership and client teams to ensure base templates are understood.
- Edit and revise copy based on feedback from the review process with Practice Leaders, client teams, SMEs, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Journalism, Computer Science, Communications, etc. preferred.
- 3+ years Web writing experience essential.
- Experience using JustInMind a big plus.
- Strong skill using MS Word and Outlook essential.
- Fundamental understanding of databases and how Web pages essential.
- Knowledge of health welfare and retirement benefits a huge plus.
- Project planning and execution skills a plus.
- Strong learning agility, creativity, team orientation, and the ability to adapt to new complex environments essential.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills a big plus.
