Collaborate effectively with web development team as well as design, product, and development teams; provide advice about template design, browser limitations and web technology. Implement UI layer and incorporate the latest front end technologies on Paypal.com. Follow web coding standards and guidelines with great attention to page performance, SEO and accessibility. Providing architectural guidance and direction for the UI and application layers Work with product management and engineering staff to solidify technical and infrastructure requirements, track milestones related to technical infrastructure and manage issues and risks. Prioritize workload to meet deadlines for assignments in the code release schedule. Perform quality assurance on all new code from inception through integration, staging and production environments. Stay current with the newest online technologies; research new technologies and make recommendations on implementations
