Web Developer / Administrator, Visual Studio, .Net, C# Job in Clarion, Iowa US
Our Client is looking to recruit a Web Developer / Administrator to manage and drive the specification and implementation of all websites - technically, functionally and creatively.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* To take ownership of websites, interfacing across all divisions of the company to ensure that all external websites deliver up to date messaging and content in an innovative yet highly professional way.
* To manage the design and build of all content on all websites, including all aspects of implementation, using in-house and 3rd party resources as appropriate.
* To monitor best practice in website design and implementation, ease-of-use and consistency and to champion the use of new tools and technologies as appropriate.
Candidate Required Skills
* Must have portfolio of previous work in Design and Development
* Excellent inter-personal skills, able to work with stakeholders across the company including technical and non-technical staff from graduate to CEO.
* Proven implementation and/or design ability, backed-up by an outstanding portfolio of websites in which you have had significant involvement. Note both corporate and personal websites are of interest to showcase skills.
* Significant experience and awareness of best practices in state-of-the-art website design and development.
* Programming skills in some of the following: Visual Studio, .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, XM, XLT/XLS (XML Transformations), HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, VBA, Adobe Suite, Flash, HTML5, Corel Suite
* An understanding of database design and related software.

Qualifications
* Experience is the primary qualification needed; however a relevant degree is an advantage.
