VA BASED IT CONSULTING COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED WEB DEVELOPER/WEB ADMIN FOR A DOD CONTRACT. IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME ALONG WITH YOUR SALARY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Minimum B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications:
• Three to five years' experience in web development, serving as the internet expert and Webmaster with experience developing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive Internet programs.
• Experience with IIS, SQL, CORE, CORE2 and WordPress Content Management System.
• Work involves the technical planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and management of Internet and intranet activities (including other computer-based visual media).
• Work includes systems and application development, installation, configuration, implementation, and technical management of websites.
• Knowledge of computer and networking with applications, principles, concepts, and methods is required.
• Specific application of technical knowledge of internet systems, services, and technologies is employed in support of the agencies Internet and intranet websites.
• Stays abreast of latest developments in website tools and technology and implements these new developments on agencies websites and Web pages as appropriate.
• Creates new pages and applications and implements website modifications by utilizing server space administered by ALTESS.
• Develops Web page criteria for dissemination through print media, graphics and information concerning the mission.
• Must have at least three years' experience using Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Bridge, Dreamweaver, Flash, Media Encoder, Illustrator, Acrobat.)
