Web Project Administrator, Cobham

£20,000 to £25,000 per annum

 

We have a fantastic opportunity available to join a market leading Property Company as a Web Project Administrator as part of the creative team within the IT department.

 

The creative team is responsible for delivering all web design, digital and web related projects and business applications for the company throughout its various locations. The ideal candidate will be required to provide support to the Web Project Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and administer all web related project plans using ASTA Power project

·         Report project progress to the Web Project Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and creative team

·         Assist the Web Project Manager in identifying risk and critical path activities in the various project plans

·         Balance the demands of both teams and work with web project manager to reduce conflicts

·         Use SharePoint to log and assign all incoming tasks and change requests to relevant creative team member

·         Liaising with internal creative team, Marketing Managers and third parties

·         Progress chasing and reporting

·         Book meetings, take meeting notes and book resources for meetings or project work

·         Manage time sheets with creative team members, raise Purchase Orders and issuing Cross Charges

·         Register domain names and review competitor web sites

·         Create monthly digital update reports

·         Running, review and analysis of web monitoring reports and statistics

·         Testing of email campaigns

·         User Acceptance Testing of website projects

 

Knowledge Experience:

·         Educated to Degree level or equivalent

·         Previous administration within a project management environment

·         A proven ability to work to tight deadlines

·         Microsoft Office experience essential

·         Strong communications and interpersonal skills at all levels

·         Knowledge of web technologies and experience of using Google Analytics (or other similar Analytics package)

·         Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver to varied deadlines

·         Excellent time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

·         Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions internally and externally

·         SharePoint experience; useful though not essential

·         Experience of managing web development related projects would be desirable
