Job purpose;
To achieve pre-set individual monthly revenue targets, seek new business and generate maximum profit levels for the company.
Areas of responsibility;
To seek new sales, maximise revenue on all opportunities and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Contribute via individual target achievement to overall, daily weekly, monthly team and company targets.
All administration work should be carried out within company guidelines.
Ensure all calls are carried out in accordance with the company's induction and training programme.
Follow up quickly and effectively on all leads generated. Be aware of competitive media.
Deal efficiently and promptly with all internal and external queries as necessary.
Ensure that the highest levels of customer care are adhered to at all times, by ensuring that each team member professionally conducts themselves within the expected guidelines.
Carry out any other tasks deemed necessary for the successful fulfilment of the role.
