Job Purpose/Description
* Create and edit educational, product-specific, technical, promotional, and transactional content * for multiple business segments and product areas * for delivery through the
web and other digital channels.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Optimize digital content by channel to increase SEO; partner closely with web analytics team and use site metrics to inform content placement.
* Post content directly to the web using an Oracle-based CMS
* Upload and manage content of external sites (YouTube, iTunes, etc.) and maintain quality control
Experience/Education:
* Expertise in financial services writing * both promotional and transactional.
* Excellent knowledge of financial products and services, and regulatory guidelines
* Expertise in writing for the web, including SEO, employing keyword strategies and populating metadata.
