Debt Advisor
Debt/Money Advisor required for an organisation based in central Glasgow. This is a temporary position which will last for a minimum of three months. This role will involve liaising with people on a regular basis to discuss outstanding debt matters. You will provide advice and guidance and ensure high levels of customer care. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills who can build relationships with people and it is essential you have previous experience and a working knowledge of debt and benefits legislation.
Applicants should have:
- Prior experience in debt advisory/management roles
- Good knowledge of debt and benefits
- Comfortable with a high volume work load
- Experience dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and meeting people face to face
- Great organisational and time management skills
This role is easily accessible and could be extended after three months.
