Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:

Be the primary relationship manager to a portfolio of customers and first point of call for all client finance enquiries
Enhance the banks reputation as a leading financial services
To meet revenue and sales targets agreed for the year
Build client base in defined sector/ coverage area (industry or geography) with acceptable risk/reward ratio; effective manage of multi-disciplinary/country deal team.
Liaise with product specialists to mine share of wallet in large caps/key accounts
Produce clear account plans linked to client strategy
Bids on new deals with existing clients
Establish access to mid-level client decision makers within client organization to enforce cross-selling of products, that are not decided at top level
Sell multiple products/ less complex products (embody cross selling culture)

Minimum Qualifications Experience Requirements:

10-15 years corporate banking experience in GCC
'Own' network of client contacts in the bank's target sectors
High command of broad product range for credit, investment banking, transaction banking and Islamic banking products
Top tier knowledge in Financial Markets Products and sales track record in related products
Experience in credit analysis including preparing of business credit proposal
Experience in leading teams of relationship managers (e.g. for larger clients or for an industry or regional specialization)
Holder of University Degree, preferably in the field of management and finance, or MBA from a top-tier university
Sound people management capabilities are required, along with excellent communication skills in English or Arabic a plus
Result driven, hands on, dynamic with ability to work under sales oriented environment
Should have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and should be a good negotiator
