Windows Infrastructure Support Engineer//Leading Brokerage//London//£55,000 + Package
My client is a leading city base Brokerage who seek a technically astute Windows Infrastructure Support Specialist to join 3rd/4th line technical support team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing support Windows and Citrix infrastructures, route cause analysis problem resolution of system performance and failure issues, and reviewing and recommending option to improve the effectiveness of the Windows Server infrastructure.
The incumbent will be expected to have in depth experience and knowledge of the following: -
- Microsoft Windows 2000 - 2008 (inc AD, DNS, IIS DHCP)
- Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010
- Citrix Presentation Server
- Strong scripting experience (VP Scripting, Powershell, etc)
- High Availability for Windows Infrastructures (Windows Server Clustering, etc)
