Windows Systems Security Engineer recruitment
Fortune 500 Technology firm is seeking a Windows Systems and Security Engineer. You will work with a wide range of technologies with the main focus being on systems security and integration. Mainly, you will deliver and infrastructure solution that is technically sound, resilient to failure, and adheres to IT security standards.
Requirements:
• BS degree Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other computer related specialization
• Strong Windows systems infrastructure experience (i.e. Windows 2003/2008, Active Directory, DNS,) and working knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, SMB, RPC, http, https.
• Experience with terminal services, Citrix ICA and other remote protocols such as PCOIP would be a plus
• An understanding of security concepts such as packet filters, resource protection, ACLs, proxies, IDS/IPS, risk measurement and management, designing and implementing compensating controls
• Expert knowledge of Windows based security threats, vulnerabilities counter measures such as those from root-kits, kernel hijacking, and Trojan horses
• Strong Windows programming/scripting skills using Power Shell, .NET, VB Script, Web Programming, ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript, JavaScript and HTML
