WM – IPS Product Specialist – Fund recruitment
Fund contents management
- Arrange regulatory filing of offshore funds
- Manage reports from onshore and offshore fund houses (periodical and ad hoc reports, prospectus etc.)
- Support operational and system set-up
- Oversee fund regulatory, administrative and taxation matters
- Support fund sales activities
Fund due diligence/ performance monitoring
- Support due diligence of fund products
- Monitoring performance of approved funds
Requirements:
(Must Have)
- Native level Japanese and Business level English language skills
(Desirable)
- Product (product shelf) management of both onshore and offshore funds at a securities firm
- Fund product reporting (periodical and ad hoc reports)
- Preparation, or support for preparation, of regulatory filing documents and prospectus
- Due diligence on fund houses and fund products
- Securities investment management
- Working in Japanese and foreign financial institutions
- Qualified analyst knowledge (CFA, CMA, etc.)
