Based on the Central Coast, this role is responsible for supporting the back office teams through forecasting and scheduling daily volumes, ensuring that the business is not under / over servicing their clients. You will also be responsible for meeting expectations of operational performance and efficiency while providing optimal productivity, allocating resources, recording daily staff availability movements and monitoring and reporting on daily / weekly variations in volume forecasting.
It is essential that you have prior experience in a similar role where you have made real-time decisions to switch human resources between skills and business activities. You must have exceptional communication skills as well as advanced skills in Excel and solid numerical skills to perform this role.
