Responsibilities: - Plays key role in business development activities: leading pursuit teams, responding to RFP's and developing proposals - Leads teams in the analysis, design, and solutioning of Transportation Management needs specifically around OTM. Must have detailed level understanding of OTM functionality - Leads requirements gathering and design sessions - Controls scope - Identifies risks and benefits of alternate designs; calculates costs/benefits of potential actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI - Assesses project impact of system changes on users and internal and external customers and stakeholders - Leads teams to perform business process and functional audits and provides suggestions to improve the use of OTM to meet the clients needs - Leads teams in implementing OTM. Must have experience implementing OTM v5, v5.5x, or v6.0x preferably 6.0. - GLog / GC3 experience, other TMS package experience a plus - Leads team in configuration and testing tasks Required * High School Diploma/GED * At least 4 years experience in technical development * Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Fluent Preferred * Bachelor's Degree * At least 4 years experience in IT/ERP implementations * At least 2 years experience in FM or HCM system/business processes Additional information As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
