Job Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors Degree Or Equivalent Work Experience
• 5 or more years commercial claims experience
• 2 or more years lost time workers' compensation claims experience
• Workers’ compensation experience with NC and SC jurisdictions
• Fundamental knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and the insurance legal and regulatory environment.
• Possesses a functional and developing knowledge of the legal statutes and procedures.
Preferred:
• Litigation experience
