Workflow Business Analyst (Pega PRPC) recruitment
The focus of this role is a true understanding of the automation of Business Process Flows aligned to technical solutions delivery. Candidates who have had exposure to the work-flow development using either PEGA PRPC or TIBCO BPM would be ideal.
The role sits within the Investment Banking Division and more specifically Client Due Diligence aligned to the day-to-day on-boarding business. Working within Change, you will be aligned to a number of projects aligned to global business/technology/process/work-flow consolidation and centralisation.
Candidates with a real ability to look at Business Processes, with the ability to intellectualise the problem and implement solutions aligned to a changing Business and Technical Architecture are key.
Key Skills required:
* Strong Functional and Technical Analysis skills
* Strong exposure to BPM technologies (ideally PEGA PRPC 6.x or TIBCO etc)
* Strong Data Analysis Experience (Logical Data Modelling and SQL)
* Experience on working on Data Centric global alignment projects (Client Data ideally)
* Banking Experience
* Understanding of Recent Regulatory Change initiatives (Dodd Frank, LEI, Basel3)
