Workforce Planning Analyst
CommInsure is a division of Wealth Management offering a range of life insurance, superannuation, retirement income, investment and general insurance products. CommInsure conducts business through a number of legal entities including: Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Limited and Colonial Insurance Limited.
This role resides within the Resource Planning team reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager. The role will focus on providing Forecasting, Scheduling, Reporting and advice to General Insurance Claims Team.
More about the role:
Production of roster schedules in a timely matter which achieves the business objective in service level to provide customer service excellence overall.
You will be responsible for collection and analysis of data on:
- Performance of the Claims Team. Contributing towards Identification of any trends that are evident and extrapolate these to identify any requirements for modification to the design of systems used.
- Demands made on the Claims Operational Team.
- Historical call volumes.
- Resourcing levels, and variance of actual staff attendance to planned roster to assist the improve customer service by accurate estimation of future call volumes, resource requirements and required staff skill-set mix.
- Enable the business to effectively manage workload, call volumes and provide real time adherence in the daily management of workload/ demand.
