Responsibilities include;
- Deal with Strategic Planning of the back office teams
- Allocating resources across the business to obtain capacity levels
- Providing updates on training, media releases and maintaining the strategic planning process
- Maintain high levels of service across the business according to SLA's
- Recording of daily staff availability movements including leave, training, meetings and projects
To be successful, applicants will need;
- Experience with working in a financial institution
- Posses numerical problem solving skills
- High level of communication skills
- Advanced Excel experience
- Previous dealings with WFM platforms
