My client is a world-class investment bank looking towards aggressive growth in the second half of 2012, looking to kick-start a number of greenfield initiatives. They are making multiple hires across several key business areas, one of which is a dynamic Business Analyst/Project Manager for Market Data.
The Role:
- Requirement Gathering, and Project Management for cutting-edge greenfield market data technology platforms
- Face off to the business directly to understand needs, and communicating essential details to a variety of internal stakeholders
- Coordination and Project Management to ensure delivery of world class technology solutions
- Managing expectations and facing off to internal and external stakeholders, in addition to vendor management
The Requirements:
- Excellent business analysis and communication skills
- Proven track record of project management of next generation technology
- Superb domain knowledge of Financial Market Data, Reference Data, and Market Data Commercials Experience
- Strong understanding of front-to-back office business processes
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate, and influence decisions
