Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibillity for all aspects of service delivery provided to the client base base in Frankfurt comprising of Investors, KAGs, Investment Companies and Banks, including measurement and assessment of this serviceMay have responsibility for a team of Client Service Account Managers and day to day staffResponsibility for executing the strategic direction set by Management, leading to excellence in service delivery in line with defined service standards. Includes active raising of SDIs, Service Plans to address areas of improvement etc.Represents the location on global client calls such as Client Sat, Vulnerable Review etc.Supports the onboarding of new clients and the restructuring of existing mandates across the client baseSupports execution of key projects and strategic initiatives within EMEAActs as escalation point for clients at mid / senior level (as appropriate) and represents these items internally in order to get the best resolution for the organisation and the clientResponsible for ensuring and constantly improving the identification and presentation of key quality service indicators which can be used
to optimally manage client expectations and provide transparencyInternally, interfaces with mid / senior Operations Managers globally (as appropriate) who are involved in the client relationship and works closely with the relevant Relationship Managers to ensure optimal service delivery for the client base

Qualifications

Experience6 - 8 years experience within WSS or a German custodian bank, in a management position, with at least half of these being in a Client Service environmentGood knowledge of and high interest in the global financial services industry, in particular fully developed expertise in the securities industry with special focus on the German marketExperience regarding international Client Onboarding and Restructuring projects / activitiesStrong, proven leadership and people-management skills , with demonstrated ability to manage/lead personnel across multiple disciplines and potentially across locationsStrong, proven project-management and communication skills with track record of leading large locational restructuring and process optimization
