Our client is one of the UK’s leading integrated energy company, supplying gas, electricity and related services to residential and business customers.

This is an organisation with over 70,000 employees supplying over 16 million customers. An organisation with stringent processes and procedures.

Due to the nature growth of the organisation, our client is looking for a relationship team manager. The role will be responsible for the delivery of end to end customer service against a customer, supporting annual business and operating plans, including the required changes to underpin successful delivery. The job holder will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of strategic and tactical relationships with external parties, to enable robust contractual delivery for a key corporate commercial organisation. They will manage the project and the team to deliver to customers expectations and a high level of customer service. They will undertake day to day performance management through 121’s,appraisals and team meetings. They will ensure the quality of the service and process, addressing any under performance.

That’s why we need someone with strong B2B negioation skills to manage stakeholder expectations whilst having strong people management and leadership skills. Someone with the ability to think logically, strategically and innovatively to support a best in class customer service offering.
