Newly Qualified Accountant job opportunities in Belfast. You will be joining a successful Audit department as an audit senior.
My client is a large well know accountancy practice throughout the world. 95% of your work is in Belfast and therefore will offer a good work life balance.
Salary for a Newly Qualified Accountant is £28,000 per annum, cash benefits, pension and bonus.
My client want's to promote within and therefore if you are maintaining and establishing strong client relationships, developing as an accountancy professional you will be rewarded for it.
What you will need to do:
Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters.
Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage fieldwork on clients’ sites including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process.
Demonstrate Business Development skills and identify additional sales opportunities.
Coach either less experienced staff through sharing experience and knowledge appropriately.
Contribute to effective team work in internal engagement situations.
Provide on-the-job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with the firm's audit methodology.
