Overview
Trust and Securities Services (TSS) is part of the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) division at Deutsche Bank. GTB is a world class provider of cash management, trade finance and trust securities services. GTB is part of Global Banking which is part of the Corporate and Investment Bank. The product group Structured Finance Services (SFS) serves as an intermediary in the securities markets to help facilitate the capital formation process. The SFS provides ongoing administrative services throughout the life of a securitisation or similar transaction.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of transactions, working closely with and supporting the Account Manager. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring daily cash movements are auctioned both into and out of our client accounts.
- Updating the cash ledgers for each movement per transaction, ensuring accounts reconcile with all in–house systems, as well as the internal database on a daily basis.
- Assisting the Account Manager in preparing the monthly Trustee Reports in conjunction with Collateral Managers.
Candidate requirements
You will have:
- Strong reconciliation skills and an understanding of relevant financial products
- A working knowledge of fixed income projects
- A working knowledge of the leverage loan / loans administration market preferably
- An operational understanding of SWIFT / payment processing
- A good understanding of MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
You will be:
- Educated to a minimum of A-level standard (or equivalent)
- Degree educated (or equivalent), with a relevant academic qualification
- Looking to develop an understanding of our business
- Able to work under pressure
