Account Manager
As an Associate Account Manager, you will work alongside an Account Manager in a learning capacity to assist with their assigned client book of business in the following tasks:
* Assist to manage the resolution and status of routine to complex client requests for the Account Manager through effective and timely communication to ensure client expectations are met.
* Work closely with internal departments to coordinate timely resolution of requests.
* Responsible for identifying and documenting best practices to the Account Management department.
The Associate Account Manager will start with a training class that will introduce them to the department and functions of account management and client servicing. They will also have an assigned mentor to assist with their development and success.
The Associate Account Manager is expected to demonstrate a high level of client service through the execution of accuracy, responsiveness, reliability and professionalism on every interaction in a fast-paced account management environment.
Opportunities are available for the Associate Account Manager to eventually promote to an Account Manager in which they will have their own client book of business.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
At least one year of relevant work experience in healthcare, benefits or insurance industry preferred but not required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of Prescription Benefit Management industry helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications.

• Effective presentation skills with the ability to make group presentations.
