Account Payable Assistant Manager
A leading Insurance Syndicate is currently recruiting for a numerate and IT literate candidate with previous experience of accounts processes. SUN accounts and Vision experience is preferable. This role provides excellent career opportunities for the right candidate.
The key responsibilities for this role include;
Daily Cash Ledger postings for multiple bank accounts and currencies
Daily Cash payments through banking systems and cheques
Daily cashflow forecasting
Daily Settlements postings through LESS system
Expenses Analysis work
Roll forward of trial balance, including checking for new account codes, adding these in and ensuring TBs balance on a timely basis.
KPIs liaise with other people for information for the monthly Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators
Audit files, compile back up of monthly files and quarterly audit files for review
General cashier and ledger balance work to assist the syndicate accountants.
The triumphant candidate will have an enthusiastic and positive attitude, have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, ability to work well within a team and willing to study for AAT
