The Sisters of Mercy Mid-Atlantic Community are seeking a full time Administrator for McAuley Convent, a non-licensed skilled nursing facility, to oversee and direct the daily operations ensuring compassionate, quality care and safety is delivered. Develops policies, procedures and practices that mirror those of a licensed facility in order to align with local, state and federal regulatory compliance. Directly supervises management staff. Qualifications include : Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania as a Nursing Home Administrator in good standing; or licensed in good standing through another State with a reciprocal arrangement. Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrator. Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration Master’s degree in related field; or Master’s degree in Health Administration preferred. Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations pertaining to long term care not-for-profit organizations. The successful candidate has strong financial, operational, technical skills; a collaborative consultative leadership management style that instill confidence; proven leadership to accomplish short long term goals. The position reports to the Director for Retirement Services.
