Arbor Glen, Northern New Jersey’s only and premier life care community, is currently seeking an individual to join our Sales and Marketing Team as Marketing Director.
Ideal candidates have experience in Senior Housing, are competitive, enjoy seniors and have the desire to achieve high goals. Knowledge of the CCRC model is a definite plus! Must be an organized, self-directed individual able to motivate others in a positive manner. Extensive public contact and public speaking required.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- ability to cultivate relationships with potential residents, to include proficiency in telephone follow up, lead management and closing skills
- referral development, to include identifying and meeting with professional referral sources
- REPS database knowledge helpful, but not essential
