To support ongoing growth and capitalise on opportunities across a spectrum of industries and sectors there is a requirement to hire an Analyst and Senior Manager into their MA team in Sydney.
These roles will involve assisting the Corporate Finance team in the origination, analysis and execution of advisory and capital markets assignments and will operate across a variety of sectors in MA, divestitures and privatisations, debt and equity capital raisings and valuations.
At the Senior Manager level you will have 5+ years of experience within the investment banking / corporate advisory space, will be expected to actively participate in both origination and execution and will require successful candidates to leverage their significant project management and industry experience.
At the Analyst level you will assist the senior team with origination and execution, will be heavily involved in the financial modelling and analytical functions and candidates will have 2+ years experience of operating in an investment banking / corporate advisory business.
Both roles will require candidates to have exceptional academics, communication skills and a strong client focus.
