Application Support Manager – FX recruitment
Main Function
As a member of Support Team, you will be involved with problem analysis and bug-fixes with deep-dive analysis into key applications, looking to improve monitoring and capacity management.
You will also provide 2nd/3rd line support for the applications. Supported is provided in Singapore from 0900 to 1800 with on-call support provided on a rota basis 24x7.
Experience Required
Experience of supporting applications (2nd and 3rd line), preferably in an investment banking environment.
Understanding of ITIL and/or experience working in an ITIL structured support environment
FX domain experience preferred
Technical Knowledge
Working experience knowledge of MSSQL and/or Oracle databases is important.
Strong SQL scripting skills
Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. shell script, Perl, JavaScript)
