If you’ve ever wanted the opportunity to build an application from the ground-up with a team of developers you select, this is your chance. We are looking for a Salesforce developer who is passionate about building great software, leading small teams and enjoys challenging projects. We want someone who is hungry to learn, humble enough to grow and is passionate about what they do. We are building a cutting-edge CRM platform within the Force.com environments. If you have strong business application development and systems integration experience keep reading. 

You will be coming in at the very beginning of a tech startup funded by a VC group with a proven track record. We’ll need you to take this project from concept to market and beyond. This means mapping out the architecture, determining the languages and platforms to be used, creating the framework and building a team to assist you.  

Here is some additional insight of what we need from you:

• Ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration

• Manage Salesforce.com CRM application. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, deal registration, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports etc

• Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns

• Develop and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions

• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application

• Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations

• Implementing and managing various complex sales, marketing , legal and services business processes within multiple Org

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally

• Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical /communication plans to IT/business teams

• Solid business analysis skill. Must have good inter-personal skills and be able to mentor motivate team members

• Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations. Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from operational and technical perspective. Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed

• Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadlines
