Area Development Manager Financial Planning
Location: Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance of £7000 + Up to 80% of Salary Bonus.
Your role will be to work closely with the businesses established Financial Planners aiding them with developing their business through coaching, developing and mentoring, utilisation of marketing tools and strategies.
The key to success in this position is tailoring your approach to each individual adviser so they are able to achieve their goals.
