The Asset Finance Manager role is responsible for driving growth in ANZ Asset Finance servicing Relationship Managers in Business Banking and Regional Business Banking. You will take responsibility for developing productive relationships with customers and internal partners; proactively offering solutions, products and services to meet their needs while helping to grow the ANZ Asset Finance business. In addition, you will deliver a compelling and rewarding customer experience, maintaining and attracting our most valuable customers within the segment.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Financial background with a good understanding of the Asset Financing Industry and previous client service experience, supporting key relationship referral points.
- Excellent personal organisation and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritisation of tasks, diary management, etc. Ability to use initiative work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong Product knowledge
- Three years experience in Asset Finance Manager (or similar) role
- Demonstrated sales prospecting skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets / results, ideally gained within the Banking or Asset Finance industry
