Capital Markets Reporting Delivery Lead
The Oakleaf Group, is seeking a senior consultant with broad experience in capital markets, straight through processing, and trading systems implementations to lead implementation and (primarily) testing of BlackRock Solutions’ Aladdin trading system on a project in Washington, DC. Oakleaf has a small team on the ground supporting this effort, and our team is growing. The role is interesting and challenging and highly visible, and is integral to ensuring the overall project success.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and managing implementation and testing efforts in Capital Markets, gained at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or an equivalent organization. Additionally he or she will bring fixed income (ideally, MBS) trading system domain expertise, including in Aladdin or other trading and order management systems.
Responsibilities
- 75% Testing Lead, coordination between several teams Trading Desk, Middle Office, Back Office, and vendor (Blackrock) team
- Ensure that the testing aligns with Company Standard and with the CMI Testing Strategy
- Design and manage testing across several areas – Desk, Operations (middle+back office)
- Testing Phases include Early/”Light” UAT, UAT, some System Testing TBD
- Strongly preferred experience with 1 or more Aladdin implementations
