Asset Management IT Advisory Opportunities recruitment

We are looking to expand our IT Advisory team and are currently seeking high calibre individuals at Senior Manager, Manager and Executive level to work alongside highly skilled industry and consulting talent.

Driven by customers, regulators and shareholders, Ernst Young's Financial Services clients are re-evaluating their business models and embarking on major transformation programmes to deliver the operational and technology infrastructure required.

The Asset Management sector in particular is seeing major change and hence demand for consulting services spanning front office, operations, finance, risk, IT and regulatory.

Your responsibilities as an Executive/Manager in Asset Management IT Advisory will include:

- Advising on performance improvement solutions for our clients in areas such as enterprise, solution data architecture, package selection configuration, implementation, operating model design, cost reduction and sourcing.

- Business analysis, project management, IT transformation governance and post-merger integration.

- For Senior Manager candidates, you will also be responsible for leading sales initiatives and client engagements.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as an Executive/Manager in Asset Management IT Advisory:

- Significant Asset Management industry experience working within IT services in front office, operations, data management, risk performance, distribution and reporting

- Prior consulting experience through a top tier or specialist financial services consultancy firm essential for Senior Manager level, desirable for Executive and Manager grades.

- Strong knowledge in current market trends in asset management, servicing and funds

- Previous success in delivering client projects. Project management or team leadership experience
is required for Manager and Senior Manager levels.

- Ability to develop strong client relationships and be a supporting team player

- High level career motivation and commitment to delivering leading edge solutions to complex problems

- Flexibility to travel and work in other locations
