Key elements of the role include;
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Assisting the Fund Controller with the preparation of reporting packs for corporate reporting
- Ensure correct consolidation of the subsidiaries of the funds
- Assisting with interim and year-end financial audits on the consolidated financials
- Assisting the Fund Controllers with the preparation of consolidated IFRS statements
Key Requirements
- Ideally hold a relevant professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a funds, accounting or real estate operations
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills required, any other languages are a benefit
- Knowledge of accounting theory and practice, and internal auditing standards/practices
- Consolidations and financial reporting experience in a multi currency environment
- Have good knowledge of IFRS/ US GAAP; financial reporting requirements.
