We are currently hiring for an Assistant Store Manager for a prestigious salon located near Yonge and Eglinton. We are looking for someone who will exhibit strong managerial, administrative and mentoring skills in order to perform essential functions.
Essential Functions of an Assistant Store Manager:
- Ensure that the highest levels of guest service are achieved throughout the salon
- Provide coaching and mentoring to all team members
- Identify education opportunities monthly and create strategy to address deficiencies
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of team members
- Support strong communication standards by maintaining an open door policy with all staff.
Qualifications:
-3+ years in retail management
-Previous experience in retail or hospitality management
-Superior leadership and coaching/communication skills
-Solid administrative and time management capability
-Ability to maximize levels of efficiency in the salon
-A passion and strong knowledge of cosmetic products and spa services
