Position Overview
The incumbent will work with the HR COO to execute people initiatives across the region. Together with the HR leadership team, the individual will help to position DBS as the “Employer of Choice”
Responsibilities
- Work with HR COO to review and monitor the progress of project milestones on Employee Experience Programmes (EEP) and country specific follow-ups
- Partner with different HR stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts of projects and EEP
- Provide support to HR COO on all HR internal meetings and communications
- Work with HR leadership team to prepare regular management reports, metrics, heatmap and dashboard
- Work with HR reporting colleagues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports for Board meetings
- Participate in different HR projects and taskforces as and when assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR generalist and specialist roles
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
- Able to work independently as well as a strong team player
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and results-oriented with excellent ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems
- Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
- High energy level and passion with the ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
