The team
Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS) is a specialised sales and account management unit within IBM. Our offering delivers a robust platform for cross-selling the full suite of Institutional and Global Markets product within IBM's Total Capital solutions architecture
We provide Transaction Banking expertise to Australia's leading Corporates, delivering advice and guidance to enable clients to optimize their working capital. We are underpinned by innovative technology, industry specialization, and a premium customer service model.
You will:
Play a significant role in not only positioning the TBS business for sustainable growth but also to continue to position the business as an innovative market leader.
More specifically you will:
- Be highly motivated and engaged tooriginate new to bank TBS mandates
- Be responsible for developing relationships with Treasurers and C-suite executives
- Provide working capital consultancy to key TBS targets
- Develop industry aligned strategy solutions
- Utilise proven strong communication and presentation skills to support new to bank TBS origination
- Leverage proven negotiation and influencing skills as deal leader
- Be an active participant in deal teams, working collaboratively with colleagues thinking laterally to ensure the best solution is recommended to clients
- Position CBA as the most innovative and trusted solution provider in the market
You are:
- Commercially astute with a business/commerce or related discipline degree
- Experienced in solution consulting, business development and sales leadership
- Results driven with a proven track record in influencing negotiation with Treasurers and C-suite executives
- Strategic with an understanding of the working capital cycle
- Innovative and a problem solver
- Self- Starter with excellent inter-personal skills
- Collaborative with superior communication, oral written skills
