Associate Director, Corporate Finance
The successful applicant will have at least 7 years Investment Banking/Corporate Finance experience, working on both sell and buy side transactions. The client is ideally looking for someone that has worked for a bulge bracket IB and then moved to a smaller institution in the MENA region. The client is sector agnostic in terms of deals and covers the MENAT region. Previous experience with pitch books, modelling, legal and presentation docs is essential.
